Fatima is a master’s student in Clinical Dietetics at the University of Cincinnati with a passion for nutrition and research. Born and raised in Dubai, she brings international experience and curiosity to her work, from contributing to the first UAE National Representative Cohort Study to exploring the roles of gut metabolites and prebiotics in health. Outside the lab, Fatma enjoys cooking, trying out new coffee recipes, and journaling. She’s excited to join the HEALproject team as a Research Assistant, where she’ll be contributing her skills, ideas, and passion for community health and wellness

My name is Mallory Wooldridge, and I am from Frankfort, KY. I am in the Clinical Nutrition Master’s program at the University of Cincinnati. After graduation I plan on working as a pediatric registered dietitian.
